The cats who have gone to starclan can now redeem themselves. They will become kits and be moved to
the nursery and if they have a higher rank it will go back down to registered user. They will only be able to
post inside the nursery for a month. When i have accepted the redemption (you will have to post the
form again, but this time with a kits name) i will send you a message and you will only post in the nursery
for a month, nowhere else until the month is over.
